Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of 22 cents per share
on the Company’s capital stock, payable on December 8, 2014, to
shareholders of record as of November 17, 2014. This represents the 174th
consecutive quarterly dividend paid by Chemed in its 43 years as a
public company.
