Chemed Corporation (NYSE:CHE) announced today that the Board of
Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of 22-cents per share
on the Company’s capital stock, payable on September 3, 2014, to
shareholders of record as of August 18, 2014. This is a 2-cent, or
10.0%, increase over the 20-cent dividend paid in the second quarter of
2014. The previous dividend increase was in August 2013, when the Board
raised the dividend from 18-cents to 20-cents per share. This represents
the 173rd consecutive quarterly dividend paid by Chemed in its 43 years
as a public company.
